That may seem to be a, "Who's buried in Grant's tomb?" type question, but I believe that the answer is essential to the future of the Catholic school system. Let's refer to Wikipedia.
Private schools are defined as those institutions that "are not administered by local, state or national governments; thus, they retain the right to select their students and are funded in whole or in part by charging their students tuition."
Catholic schools are defined as the "world's largest non-governmental school system", and the educational ministry of the Church which participates "in the evangelizing mission of the Church, integrating religious education as the core subject within their curriculum."
Other than sharing the characteristic of being non-governmental, do these two schools sound the same in definition?
